If you just signed up for the Freedom Street Garage Membership and you need first time login help, or you&apos;ve been a member and forgot your password and need to reset it, this article will walk you through! <h2 id="first-time-users">First Time Users</h2>When you sign up for the membership, you will get an email receipt with the subject line, &quot;You&#x2019;re Entered to WIN...&quot; Often times this email will go to people&apos;s spam folders, so check there if it&apos;s not in your inbox. If you still don&apos;t see the email, send us a message and we can confirm the email address on file is correct and resend it.<img src="https://uploads.gorgias.io/VR1W92R55eW6M8yB/screenshot-mail.google.com-2023.06.15-14_46_18-6d506f36-b462-490b-a8e2-dc92626a3be3.png" style="width: 692px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib">This is what the body of the email receipt looks like. Towards the middle you will see instructions for setting up your login. Then use the temporary password provided in the email, which will allow you to set your own password in your settings and finish setup.
